Wait for Dark wasn’t the best or was it the worst book I’ve ever read, it kinda fell right in the middle for me. It was quick, I got it done in about 4 hours (Wooo hooo! Go me!) The story was interesting enough, but not a gripping as others I’ve read - we can’t LOVE them all. 

Were you surprised to find out Hudson was an escort? Kinda, seems like an odd job just to fall into. But more power to you if that’s what you want to do! Supply & demand kinda thing, get that bag! People do wild things, at least he had a goal to finish medical school debt free. Were you surprised to find out his wife was okay with him being an escort? Actually, yes. I feel like it’s human nature to feel jealousy & this seems like the ultimate test of that. But I guess she was reaping the benefits without too much risk for herself with the guidelines they had in place, no new clients - getting tested regularly. What did you think when Hudson was offered a new client, did you immediately think something was bound to happen? I thought it was risky, just in the sense that he’s got his “dream job” so to speak as a gynecologist & the risks of taking a new “client” are so much higher - running into a patient or something? But, I guess he is protected in some fashion that it’s a mutual transaction if he were to be matched with someone he knew. June Cromwell, what did you think about her want for a baby? At first I was sad for her, being turned down for age. But then I was skeptical because if she had access to the wealth they described surely she could have just hired someone to have a baby for her, I don’t think we didn’t the whole production. In the end, I think it was more about getting revenge for the loss of her son more than anything. We discover that June’s husband is a criminal that cheats on her. Why do you think she stays with & supports him? Love is a wild thing, so I don’t have an answer for you on this one. Why she didn’t instead turn her scum bag husband in & fight for custody of his love child instead of seeking to adopt some random child, I’ll never know. She clearly had the means.
